To get the best out of your Tukoza Car Air Fresheners and use it safely please follow these instructions carefully.

Please always prepare your car air freshener outside of the car on a clean, flat and wipe-clean surface before placing inside your car, wipe up any spillage immediately.

Remove the Plastic Cap – Unscrew the wooden lid and take off the plastic stopper.

Inside the package, you’ll find:

✔️ 2 natural rattan reeds
✔️ 1 fiber reed with a floral decoration on top

How to use the reeds for the best scent experience in your car:

🔹 For a stronger fragrance:
Use 1 rattan reed and 1 fiber reed together, following these steps:

👉 Here’s how to correctly use the fiber reed:

Fully dip the fiber reed into the liquid for about 5 seconds.

You’ll see it quickly absorbs the fragrance.

Lift it slightly, so the bottom no longer touches the liquid. This prevents it from continuously absorbing, helping the fragrance last longer.

Once the scent fades, repeat the process (every 7–10 days)

When using the fiber reed, the fragrance will be stronger and more intense.
If you find it too strong for you, simply remove the fiber reed and hang it on your car’s rear-view mirror. You can then keep only the rattan reeds inside the diffuser.

💡 If you leave the fiber reed fully soaked all the time, the fragrance will run out in about 2 days. Make sure the car air freshener stays as upright as possible at 90 degrees, not 45, as the angle affects the longevity. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect use of the product without following our instructions. Stick to the instructions, PLEASE!

Don’t forget to set the airflow so the air comes from the front-facing vents, not the dashboard.

🔹 For a lighter, longer-lasting fragrance:
Use only the 2 rattan reeds, which absorb and release the scent more gradually.

Activate the Fragrance –Hold the reeds and bottle together and turn it upside down for 4-5 seconds until the reeds and cup are fully soaked with the perfume.

The rattan reeds can stay fully immersed in the fragrance at all times. It slowly releases the scent in a steady, gentle way.

Attach to Your Car Vent – Clip the diffuser securely to your car vent. It works very well with both climate control and air conditioning, ensuring a continuous release of fragrance.

Don’t forget to set the airflow so the air comes from the front-facing vents, not the dashboard.

After Use – Once empty, do not discard the bottle immediately—it will continue releasing fragrance for at least 1-2 weeks.

Longevity

Typically, the fragrance lasts 5 to 7 weeks, and in colder months it may last even longer.

As I already said, when the bottle is empty, do not throw it away because the cap still contains perfume and will continue to release fragrance, thanks to the air vent.
Returns: We accept returns only on unused items within 14 days of delivery. If the reeds have been inserted into the fragrance, the item is considered used and cannot be returned. The product must be in its original packaging.

INSTRUCTIONS: Secure the bottle to your car's air vent
To enjoy the full intensity and purity of your chosen fragrance, we strongly recommend the following when using our car air freshener refills:

✅ If you're refilling with the same fragrance (e.g. Shadow Kiss → Shadow Kiss):
Please replace the wooden cap and mini reeds. These components absorb the fragrance and, once saturated, will no longer diffuse it properly and the scent may smell different.

🔄 If you're switching to a new fragrance (e.g. Shadow Kiss → Black Opium):
Always use a clean, empty bottle, a fresh wooden cap, and new mini reeds.Alternatively, you can wash your existing bottle thoroughly and, once it’s completely dry, pour in the new fragrance. Be sure to use a new cap and fresh reeds as well.

Reusing old components may cause the scent to change or lose intensity.
For best results, treat each refill like a fresh start!
