Why We Activate Holiday Mode?

We all deserve a break to recharge! 💛 Running a family business doesn't mean being open 365 days a year, and we believe taking time off allows us to offer you our best.

​During this period, our shop will remain active, and you can continue purchasing your favourite products.

The only difference? All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as we return.

How Does Holiday Mode Work?

✔ You can continue to browse our shop and make purchases as usual.

✔ Your order will be automatically recorded and confirmed.

✔ You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase.

✔ Once we return, we will process and ship all orders in the order they were received, making sure everything is perfect.

When Will You Receive Your Package?

✔ All orders placed during the Holiday Mode period will be shipped immediately after our return with Royal Mail 48H

✔ For example, if Holiday Mode is active from 25 July until August 3, we will start preparing orders on August 4 and ship them.

✔ Your order will arrive in 2-3 working

It Will Be Visible on the Website

✔ A clearly visible banner will be active on the site to indicate Holiday Mode.

✔ All details about the resumption of shipments will be clearly displayed.

✔ Our customer service will still be available to respond to any questions, though with slightly longer response times.
